2005 "No Oak Chardonnay"  

Subtle notes of green apple and melon. Aromas of banana and melon. The absence of oak brings out the true flavor of quality Chardonnay grapes. The delicious wine will complement a wide range of foods, particularly poultry and seafood.

Oa Mountain Brut Champagne
2006 Sauvignon Blanc:
Despite its light color the wine has great body and intense flavor. Hints of peach and melon aromas; with baked apple big ripe fruit and melon flavors. Very good balance and creamy, silky finish. With a 1.5% residual sugar this wine has that nice bit of sweetness up front. A perfect match with sea food, fresh shell fish, chicken, pork and most Asian dishes.

2007 Sauvignon Blanc:
A concentration of tropical and gooseberry flavours with an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that is always crisp, elegant and refreshing. Sauvignon Blanc is a very food-friendly wine and terrific for appetizers such as artichoke dip, veggie dishes or dips, garlic or Italian seasonings in creamy sauces, fragrant salads - like Greek, Caesar or Garden, Thai food, fish (sushi), poultry and the list goes on.

2007 For Pete's Sake White
The aroma is that of freshly picked peaches and apricots. On the palate are tropical fruits including exotic notes of peach, lychee and tangerine. The absence of oak brings out the true flavors of quality grapes. This delicious wine will complement a wide range of foods, particularly poultry and seafood .

2005 Rose` of Cabernet Sauvignon

A delicious Rose, fruit-forward, light-bodied, with a clean dry finish. Bright pink colour with a huge nose of sweet strawberry fruit. Very distinctive: the intense palate is dominated by juicy cherry fruit. Clean, crisp, refreshing and round in the palate. Pairs well with fish, salads and Asian cuisine.

Luminous pale pink, with nose of ripe raspberries and melon; clean, lively and off- dry on the palate, with excellent balance of medium-bodied fruit and acidity; crisp, appealing red berry finish. Pairs well with spicy dishes as well as turkey.

2002 Merlot “Select Barrels”

This Merlot was carefully selected as “the cream of the crop”. These barrels were chosen as the best of our 2002 Merlot. The Temecula Valley grapes impart characters of plum, spice and red cherry. The nose is that of typical merlot fruitiness with a soft scent of vanilla adding a further dimension. The palate is soft and round with fine-grained tannins adding structure. Enjoyable now and over the next two to four years.

2005 For Pete's Sake
Aromas of cherries, juicy fruits and plum are enhanced by spice and violets. Just a hint of vanillin oak comes through initially and after a few minutes disappears and the earthy characters dominate. A soft and silky richness greets the taste buds with this fun new blend which is soft, seductive and plumy. Great with spaghetti dishes as well as a juicy fillet mignon.

2005 Miscela
di Sangiovese
Miscela Toscana means Tuscan blend. It is based on traditional Italian varieties including Sangiovese (70%) as well as Cab Franc(30%).The final blend is determined shortly prior to bottling. This 2005 is smooth and spicy with wild strawberry, red raspberry, black currant, black cherry and violet notes defining aroma and flavor. Enjoy with all Mediterranean cuisine.

2004 Meritage
Our special blend is a delightful assemblage of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon,20% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot. This is a lovely, rich, deeply colored full bodied red blend with big, ripe, fine grained tanins, well integrated with lovely plum, black cherry and spice with a long smooth finish. Pairs well with Roasted, Broiled or Barbequed Beef: Steaks, London Broil, Prime Rib, Ribs, Tri-Tip Roast .

2005 Cabernet Franc
Cabernet franc is one of the genetic parents of Cabernet Sauvignon (the other is Sauvignon Blanc).Deep ruby color; clean, attractive, ripe, sweet, young, subdued blackberry, cherry fruit, with cocoa, some toasty, smoky hints. The finish is velvety on the tongue. Pairs well with braised lamb shanks or short ribs or lamb stew.

2005 Petite Sirah
"Petite Sirah in California is almost all Durif. Nine vines out of ten of what we call Petite Sirah is Durif; the tenth vine is peloursin, a varietal from the south of France. It offers forward, appealing, smoky aromas of ripe blackberries, chocolate and spice. On the palate, the flavors fairly explode in a burst of boysenberries, black pepper, vanilla and clove, and are wonderfully concentrated and deep and backed by chewy, medium-full tannins. An impressive and delicious "in-your-face" style of Petite that cries out for a thick, juicy, mesquite-grilled steak.

2005 Zinfandel

This wine has an intense and uncompromising quality on the palate with rustic layers of plums, figs, Red cherry jam and berry flavors that are propped up with earthy bits of herbs, and smoke. Full-bodied and easy to like. Pairs well with Pork tenderloin or any beef on the barbeque.

2005 Late Harvest Viognier
This desert wine is clean and crisp not syrupy, which you can tell even by looking at the light straw color of the wine. It smells like a bouquet of white, summer flowers tinged with perfect ripe pear. The theme continues with fresh peachy/pear and green fig flavors, supported by just enough residual sugar to serve with or as dessert.

2005 Port
Made with Cucamonga Valley Old Vine Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes. A nutty honeyed flavor and a lingering finish. Ideal after dinner, perfect beside the fire, essential to a well-stocked bar. Great with chocolate or cheese.
